The Kindred community inspires a lifestyle where family, community and the great outdoors all come together harmoniously to help create a foundation for better living. The community is designed to be a neighborly place where families can enjoy a strong sense of community pride and togetherness.  Residential villages will be integrated with sidewalks and trails that connect to beautiful scenic parks and offer additional opportunities for recreation such as baseball, soccer, cycling, swim clubs, beach volleyball, dog parks, tot lots and outdoor exercise stations.
